As a IT Help Desk Technician I had the opportunity to provide technical support and assistance to Brown Thomas | Arnotts staffs, by phone, remotely or in person. My target: Always to ensure a staff's satisfaction and ability to properly operate any machinery or technology they may be having trouble with.
As an EUC Support Engineer my focus is provision of application and OS maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. Extensive diagnostic information gathering, troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution.
